Consumer Dispute Resolution Policy

TwelveFold Data Group LLC is committed to resolving consumer disputes accurately and promptly in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Section 623(b). This page explains your rights, how to submit a dispute, and what to expect from our investigation process.
Your Right to Dispute
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act you have the right to dispute any information TwelveFold Data Group LLC has reported to a consumer reporting agency if you believe it is inaccurate, incomplete, or cannot be verified. We take all disputes seriously and investigate every claim thoroughly within the timeframes required by law.
How to Submit a Dispute
To submit a dispute directly to TwelveFold Data Group LLC please provide the following information in writing:
- Your full legal name
- Current mailing address
- Date of birth
- Last four digits of your Social Security Number
- The specific account number or information you are disputing
- A clear explanation of why you believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete
- Copies of any supporting documentation (statements, payments, agreements)

Our Investigation Timeline
Upon receipt of your dispute we will take the following steps:
- Day 0 — Dispute received and logged with a case number assigned
- Days 0–2 — Your identity is verified against our records
- Days 2–15 — Thorough internal investigation of your account records, payment history, and agreements
- Days 15–25 — Data is corrected, verified accurate, or flagged as unverifiable based on findings
- By Day 30 — Results submitted to the relevant consumer reporting agency via e-OSCAR and written notice sent to you
We will never exceed the 30-day investigation window required by the FCRA.
Possible Outcomes
If your dispute is valid: We will correct the inaccurate information and notify all consumer reporting agencies to which we have reported that data. You will receive written confirmation of the correction.
If the information is accurate: We will notify you in writing with the results of our investigation and an explanation of our findings.
If the information cannot be verified: We will delete the disputed item from our reporting and notify the relevant consumer reporting agencies.
Disputes Submitted Through Consumer Reporting Agencies
You may also submit disputes directly to Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion. Upon receiving a dispute from a CRA through the e-OSCAR automated dispute system, TwelveFold Data Group LLC will investigate and respond within the 30-day timeframe required by law. We respond to every e-OSCAR dispute without exception.
If You Are Not Satisfied With Our Response
If you are not satisfied with the results of our investigation you may add a statement of dispute to your credit file through the consumer reporting agency. You may also file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov or call 1-855-411-2372. You may file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov. You may also consult with an attorney regarding your rights under the FCRA.
