TwelveFold Data Group LLC provides data management, receivable structuring, Metro 2 formatting, and credit bureau reporting services to financial institutions, lenders, fintechs, and B2B organizations. All services are subject to a separate written service agreement.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to business entities only. You represent that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws including the FCRA, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and GLBA.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false or fraudulent data, use our services to report consumer data without proper written authorization, attempt to access systems beyond your authorized scope, or use our platform for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of TwelveFold Data Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an as-is basis. TwelveFold Data Group LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

TwelveFold Data Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. TwelveFold Data Group LLC also complies with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., where applicable. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

TwelveFold Data Group LLC reserves the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
