3. SMS Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service level and the nature of your engagement with TwelveFold Data Group LLC. Most contacts receive between 1 and 5 messages per month. You will never receive unsolicited promotional messages.

4. How to Opt Out (Stop Receiving Messages)

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately unsubscribe
  • Reply CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message
  • Email us at support@twelvefolddata.com with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out” and your phone number
  • Call us at 1 (888) 874-2828 during business hours to request removal

Upon receiving your opt-out request we will remove your number from our messaging list within 24 hours. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TwelveFold Data Group LLC does not charge for SMS messages we send. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS services are supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier support may vary. TwelveFold Data Group LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy of Your Information

Your phone number and contact information are used solely to communicate with you about services you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

9. Email Communications

If you have provided your email address to TwelveFold Data Group LLC, you may receive service-related emails including onboarding instructions, compliance notices, billing statements, and responses to your inquiries. You may opt out of non-essential email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@twelvefolddata.com.

10. Phone Call Communications

TwelveFold Data Group LLC may contact you by phone in connection with services you have requested, scheduled appointments, compliance matters, or follow-up on inquiries. We respect Do Not Call (DNC) regulations and will honor all opt-out requests promptly.
