TwelveFold Data Group LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal and business information in connection with our data management and credit reporting services.
1. Information We Collect
Full legal name, business name, contact information, EIN or SSN where required, date of birth, government-issued identification, financial account data including payment history and balances, business formation documents, IP address and website usage data.
2. How We Use Information
To provide data furnishing, receivable management, and compliance services. To submit accurate account-level data to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion as permitted under the FCRA. To verify identity and assess permissible purpose. To respond to consumer disputes via e-OSCAR. To maintain audit-ready records in compliance with GLBA.
3. Permissible Purpose
TwelveFold Data Group LLC collects and reports consumer and commercial account data to consumer reporting agencies solely for purposes permitted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. We obtain written authorization from clients prior to reporting any account data.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with consumer reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) as part of our data furnishing obligations, with service providers under written data protection agreements, as required by law, or in response to verified consumer disputes through e-OSCAR.
5. Consumer Rights Under the FCRA
As a data furnisher you have the right to know what information has been reported about you, to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information, to have disputes investigated within 30 days, to have inaccurate data corrected or deleted, and to add a statement of dispute to your credit file. 6. Data Security
End-to-end encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Role-based access controls. Multi-factor authentication. Weekly system backups. Quarterly access reviews. Minimum five-year data retention policy with secure destruction procedures.
7. GLBA Compliance
In accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, TwelveFold Data Group LLC maintains a written information security program protecting the confidentiality and integrity of nonpublic personal information (NPPI). Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
8. Data Retention
We retain client and consumer records for a minimum of five years from the date of last activity or as required by applicable law, whichever is longer. Records are destroyed using secure methods upon expiration of the retention period.
